Survival Quiz about Bird or Swine Flu
The World Health Organization (WHO) has a great site about H1N1 flu. Here’s what they say:
Some groups of people appear to be at higher risk of more complicated or severe illness, including:
- pregnant women;
- infants, and young children particularly under age 2;
- people of any age with certain chronic health conditions (including asthma or lung disease, heart disease, diabetes, kidney disease or some neurological conditions);
- people with severely compromised immune systems.

In researching these quizzes, I tried to find info from experts who seemed to know what they were talking about, as opposed to the other kind. And I aimed to get multiple confirmations of the facts I’ve included.
Sources I used included Cresson Kearny’s Nuclear Survival Skills, The U.S. Army Survival Manual, The Red Cross, many guides to biological, chemical, natural, and nuclear disasters, many survival and first aid guidebooks, and interviews with experts.
